Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, dust bags, and accessories are included

  • The item shows no signs of damage or wear

Exchanges

Need a different color, size, or style? Please request a return for a refund and place a new order to ensure product availability.


How to Return

Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.

  1. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

  2. Securely pack your item and ship it back using a trackable courier of your choice.

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees incurred due to personal reasons for returns, except in cases of product quality issues or our responsibility.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Customized or monogrammed products

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window


Refunds
