Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. We process most orders quickly, often within 2 business days from our Italian fulfillment center, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible to be canceled.
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item once received. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return.
Custom & Final Sale Items
Please note that customized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order has been confirmed. These items are produced or reserved specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Refund Processing
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed window, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
